Founded by Zachary Mason, Treadstone Media draws on more than nine years of experience in marketing, content creation, and brand strategy across industries including defense, firearms, outdoor and hunting, construction, technology, nonprofits, food & beverage, and apparel. Meet the Founder

Zachary Mason holds degrees in Film and Marketing, along with an MBA, blending creative storytelling with business-driven strategy. This foundation allows Treadstone Media to operate at the intersection of creativity and performance—where ideas are informed by data and execution is guided by purpose.

Beyond marketing, Zachary’s background shapes how he approaches creative work and strategy.

He is a licensed pilot, a discipline that reinforces precision, preparation, and situational awareness—qualities that carry directly into strategic planning and execution. He is also a static line parachutist, with the rare experience of jumping into Normandy, a place deeply tied to history, courage, and legacy.

Zachary has worked on creative projects both domestically and overseas, gaining perspective on how culture, environment, and context influence how stories are told and received.

A lifelong writer and storyteller, he believes that at the heart of every effective marketing effort is a clear narrative—one that communicates who a brand is, what it stands for, and why it matters.
